4elements living arts hosted a landart workshop on Manitoulin Island on October 29-30th, 2009, facilitated by Rachel Ellaway, from Sudbury, ON, formerly from the UK. Eight enthusiastic participants gathered at Rue Studio (www.ruestudio.ca) in Sheguiandah for a delicious potluck, slideshow and discussion on Thursday evening, and braved a day of dynamic rainy windy weather on Friday, working at two sites: one on Lake Manitou and the second at Rue Studio in Sheguiandah.
Our next workshop was to take place on February 12-13th, 2010 but it will instead be done at another time.
